Returns and Exchange Policy

If you would like to return an item, contact us immediately to initiate a return.  

We accept returns on most of our items within 7 business days of delivery either for a full refund of the item price (shipping excluded) or an exchange.

If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 2 business days for a "hassle-free" refund or exchange.  Once the item is received, a refund will be issued or if an exchanged is requested, it will be shipped the next business day.  

Please be advised that it can take between 7-14 business days for a refund to show up in your account.
