Shipping Terms:

• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse usually within 24 hours provided that the items requested are in stock.

• Please contact us for international orders.

• Drop shipment is available. Please contact us for details.

Returns:

• Anjay Traders is not responsible for losses or damages sustained in transit.

• Any losses or damages sustained in transit must be reported and noted at time of delivery and Anjay Traders must also be notified within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.

• For any or all returns a Return Authorization Number (RA#) MUST first be obtained before any item can be returned otherwise they will not be accepted.

• All cartons returned must have the RA# noted on the outside of the package or it will be refused.

• Only merchandise having a manufacturer's defect will be accepted for replacement or credit.

• Merchandise accepted for return for reasons other than manufacturer's defect or errors is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Anjay Traders is not obligated to accept any return after 30 days from purchase.

• All defective claims must be made 30 days from receipt of merchandise or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• All shipping charges are non-refundable.
